Dr. Tony Wade was born and raised in Dallas, Texas.  His gift of music became evident at an early age.  He was presented to his church family on a Mother’s Day program in 1972.  From that day on, he’s been working in the vineyard for Christ.  He grew in God, his talent was developed and the doors of opportunity continued to swing open.

He met and became acquainted with his beloved mentor, Dr. Mattie Moss Clark while attending a workshop.  It was Dr. Clark who presented him in 1984 on the UNAC-V album singing the title cut, “Give Him the Glory”.  Since that day he has excelled and used what God gave him to edify the body of Christ and encouraged others through the ministry of music.  The honor was extended to him to record as lead vocalist on two projects with DFW Mass Choir, and as lead vocalist on three projects with Trinity Temple Full Gospel.

Dr. Wade proudly serves as the Minister of Music for the Full Gospel Holy Temple Church, Inc. as well as the Minister of Music for the F.G.H.T. National Youth Convention.  He is the founder and President of the F.G.H.T. Minister of Music Summit. Because of his gift and undying love and dedication for music God enabled him to conduct numerous workshops across the United States, Trinidad Tobago, Nassau Bahamas, and other Island of the sea and foreign countries.  He is also the producer of the Full Gospel Holy Temple, Founders Mass Choir Project.

He has been voted #1 male vocalist in the city of Dallas, TX.

Dr. Wade has appeared on stage with many gospel music’s greats such as Shirley Ceasar, The Winans, Vickie Winans, Donald Lawrence & the Tri City Singers, The Williams Brothers, Twinkie Clark, Karen Clark-Sheard, Dorinda Clark-Cole, Andre Crouch, Fred Hammond, Kirk Franklin, Kim Burrell, Carnell Murrell and the list goes on and on.

It is with great joy and pride that Dr. Tony Wade serves the body of Christ.
